What we offer is not traditional Physical Therapy or Personal Training. Our one-hour sessions bring healthcare and fitness together to create a plan for the individual no matter whether they are recovering from injury or trying to improve performance. At Prime Movement, we have the knowledge and skillset to assist people across the entire spectrum of recovering from pain or injury to getting back to the physical activities that they love. We do so by applying principles of physical therapy to help reduce pain and then use our knowledge and skill set of strength and conditioning to create programs that make real lifestyle changes to cause long-lasting effects on your health and fitness. This allows us to build a partnership with the people we serve and be there to help guide them along the way to maintaining true health and fitness.
